Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the FantasyLocker mobile application, website, and related services. By using FantasyLocker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

FantasyLocker is a fantasy sports career-history and identity service. It may let you create a profile, connect supported fantasy platforms, import fantasy history, and view statistics, records, leagues, seasons, rivalries, and accolades. FantasyLocker is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or fantasy contest operator.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for information submitted through it. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or claim a fantasy-platform identity you do not control.

You may initiate account deletion from within the app. Deletion may remove or anonymize associated information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services and data

FantasyLocker may connect to third-party fantasy platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Availability, accuracy, and completeness of imported information depend on the third-party provider. FantasyLocker is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sleeper or other third-party fantasy platforms unless expressly stated.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FantasyLocker to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, exploit, or abuse others; post unlawful or infringing material; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; manipulate identity claims or records; or use automated means in a way that materially burdens or disrupts the service.

6. User content and community safety

If FantasyLocker enables user-submitted or public content, you remain responsible for what you submit. We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or take other action when content or conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or community-safety requirements. Users may report concerns through available in-app tools or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual property

FantasyLocker and its original software, design, branding, and service materials are owned by FantasyLocker or its licensors. Third-party names, trademarks, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of third-party fantasy-platform data or marks.

8. Service changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also limit access where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, provider restrictions, or abuse prevention.

9. Disclaimers

FantasyLocker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Historical fantasy data may contain errors, omissions, provider inconsistencies, or incomplete records. Statistics, rankings, accolades, and identity matches should not be treated as guaranteed or official unless expressly identified as such.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FantasyLocker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using FantasyLocker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or another reasonable method. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
